Sometimes Royal Mail can't deliver an item to you because nobody was there to sign for it, or if it was too big for your letterbox.

We know you can't always get to your local delivery office to collect it, so we are happy to make a Redelivery:

• free to your own address
• free to another address in your postcode area
• or free to your local Post Office® branch.

If you have changed your mind about your order, You can return any unused items to us within 30 days and we will exchange or refund as requested.

Items must be returned in saleable condition. You will be responsible for the return postage cost.

Please include your Order # when returning items by post. Once we have received the items, the refund will be processed.

Whilst we package our items very carefully to ensure safe delivery, if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will happily organise an exchange or refund.
