This Viridian Horseradish and Garlic complex is an ideal combination, with the addition of Vitamin C and zinc, when suffering with a head cold, sinusitis and feelings of a blocked nose and head due to a virus.
Garlic and horseradish have been shown in laboratory tests to be antibiotic and due to their warming action help to alleviate stuffiness and congestion and get rid of mucus.
Horseradish may also help urinary tract infections and is a mild diuretic.

Ingredients
Directions: As a food supplement, take one to three capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Vitamin C ( as magnesium & zinc ascorbate) 333.3 mg
Horseradish (Amoraciarustican) extract 200mg
(Equivalent to 1000 mg dry root)
Zinc (as ascorbate) 10mg
Garlic extract (Allium sativum) (4.5% Alliin) 50mg

I first came across this supplement by reading a post about it on Botanica’s Facebook page and wondered if it would be of benefit to my husband. He has a period of weeks annually when hay fever strikes (predominately related to some tree pollens) but has also been diagnosed in recent months with severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) which necessitates support. With both, one affect is a feeling of a continually blocked nose and he has, previously, used Sudafed to relieve this. My husband has been taking Viridian Horseradish and Garlic Complex for the last week or so with, pretty much, an immediate positive result of his nose feeling totally clear using 1 tablet per day (and the option to be able to take up to 3 per day if necessary at anytime). We are both really pleased that this has worked so well for him and grateful to Naomi at Botanica for her advice and bringing it to our attention in the first place.
